The Season - Imbolc
Imbolc is the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. It is one of the cross-quarter fire festivals with deep roots in Northern Europe. It is the perfect time to turn toward the self and the sensual. The first blooms are cracking through the winter ground, and so much is building under the surface. It is the quickening as we head into spring, the softening of the ground, and the slow awakening of life.
Constellation
Constellation is a somatic practice that allows us to look under the surface and see the soul or systemic level. It works with the “knowing field” that connects us to all of life. We will be doing shorter snapshot constellations to reveal how we might tend the relationship with our sensual selves. Since it is a body-based modality, no previous experience is needed.
Circle and Ritual
There is beauty in a circle of women coming together. There is power in witnessing and being witnessed together in a heart-centered space. We are meant to explore, heal, and connect in community. Rituals allow us to anchor our intentions and desires into the physical world. It connects us to our ancestors and helps shape the world with are dreaming in. We will be closing our time together with a special Imboc ritual. Curious? It’s probably a nudge to join us…
